Rasmus Benjamin is a Danish digital artist and painter who lives to create and remix objects and canvases into exciting objects and masterpieces of his own. His focus is on finding “contrast” and emphasizing it as the main theme.
His works range from minimalistic photoshop work to big acrylic art and digitally figures brought to life as artistic sculptures. And Rasmus now runs Arrogant Studio, producing high quality prints that are still affordable, so young men like him have the opportunity to decorate their homes with something they truly like.
Creating art has been a big part of his life since he was a little kid. He expressed himself just as he wanted to, and he still does. When he began to work with Photoshop to make digital prints, others began to want them too. That’s why he decided to establish Arrogant Studio as a side business. Before he knew it, it had taken off and become his full time job.
He says that making the images in his head come together on screen is a bit like putting together a puzzle that has never been made before. Sometimes, he saves a piece for years before he can return to it and get it just right. Other times, he will scrap it, because the idea can’t be made to work. But no matter the medium, he never makes anything that he wouldn’t hang from my own walls.
