New Horizon

“New Horizon”
I created an imaginary place where calm is absolute and where there is no one but nature, where few people have the privilege of being. We are daily surrounded by noise and stress and pollution. I needed to create a place where I am protected from everything that pollutes us and where we can relax and enjoy Nature whenever we feel like it.
I am an Hiperrealistic artist, born in 1964 , who lived 13 years in canada and currently lives in lisbon, I attended the Montreal School of Fine Arts Mission Renaissance and Dawson College, and in lisbon i specialized myself in portrait and hyperrealism.I'm very creative and curious and i'm always learning.Talking about my work is like making an insight. For me, the realism is in the brushstroke, the colour, in the trace. My work is extremely personal and I feel there is a lot of myself within my paintings. I hope to pass my mood and emotion to the viewer through the work. I also believe there is a spiritual component, emotional, introspective. My work is lonely in a positive way.I like to encourage the viewer to create their own opinion or feeling whilst looking at my work, it is important to me that each person has a different sentiment towards the paintings. This feeling, this emotion is my way of communicating.
